Low Cloud SS26: giving colour back to the mountain

Only two colourways this season. We wanted the dye water to stay upstream.

“Low Cloud” is our third spring collection. We did not add a colour. We made rock grey a shade lighter and kept moss. The reason is practical: dyeing is the hardest part of the supply chain to control and the easiest place to waste water. Every added colour means another small dye batch and another inventory risk.

Rock grey comes from the layer of low cloud pressing on a ridge at dawn — slightly green, not a neutral grey. We matched swatches eleven times and chose the cooler version, because beside moss the two pieces read as one system.

The fabric remains 210D recycled nylon with a fluorine-free C0 DWR. This year we changed the shoulder webbing density from 1.6 to 1.45 g/cm³, taking 9 grams off each pack with no loss in abrasion testing.

The collection reached partner stores in early March. Existing owners can bring an old pack in for a free check: we re-stitch seams, replace zip sliders and reactivate the DWR.
